Woman Sentenced For Workplace Theft
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka woman will not only serve time in prison, but also pay a hefty restitution for stealing money from a Topeka business while she worked there.
53-year-old Diane Brandenburg will serve two years, eight months in prison and pay more than $470,000 in restitution.
Brandenburg was charged with stealing more than $100,000 from her old employer, Stevenson Sheet Metal Company.
