MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Riley County police arrested a women at a bar in the Aggieville District after officials say she stole a tip jar, which contained $25.
Jamela Montgomery, 22, of Fort Riley, was arrested for Theft on January 13, 2013 on Moro Street.
According to police, Montgomery took the tip jar from Tubby's Sports Bar but was caught and arrested.
No other details were provided.
