Woman Reports Man Masturbating In Manhattan
MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Riley County police are investigating a report of lewd behavior after a woman says she caught a man pleasuring himself in public.
On Thursday, August 9, 2012, at 3:10 PM, RCPD officers where summoned to an address in the southeast portion of Manhattan.
Officials say a 62-year-old woman reported seeing a man walking in the area and at some point, the man began masturbating near her location.
A department spokesman told reporters Friday that investigative leads are being follow up on but an arrest has not yet been made.
A specific location of the reported sex offense and description of the suspect was not released.
