Wanted Offender Arrested
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - An improperly registered offender publicized by police Tuesday was back behind bars Wednesday.
Topeka Police say a tip to Crime Stoppers led police to 42-year old James Todd II.
The court had ordered Todd to register with authorities for convictions on sexual exploitation of a child, but authorities say the last address they had for him wasn't valid.
Todd was booked into the Shawnee County Jail.
