Vehicle Gets Away From Police During High Speed Chase
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Authorities are looking for the driver of a vehicle that led them on a high speed chase early Wednesday morning. It began on 3rd and Leland in Topeka shortly after 2 a.m.
A Topeka police officer tried to stop the vehicle for not having its lights on. Authorities say the driver refused to pull over, increasing speed while police chased.
The only description of the vehicle is that it is red. If you have any information that will help authorities find the vehicle or its driver, call Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
