TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Authorities are looking for the driver of a vehicle that led them on a high speed chase early Wednesday morning. It began on 3rd and Leland in Topeka shortly after 2 a.m.

A Topeka police officer tried to stop the vehicle for not having its lights on. Authorities say the driver refused to pull over, increasing speed while police chased.
