TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Police say an armed assailant was still on the run Sunday night, the suspect in a Topeka hold up.
Officials say an individual was robbed at gunpoint around 4 p.m. Sunday, in the 3000 block of SW 10th Ave.
The 55-year-old victim told police the suspect was riding in a car with him to a liquor store, and pulled the gun when the victim refused to take items back to Walmart for him.
Police say the victim got out of the car, and the suspect, who wore all black, got away in an older black Cadillac.
No one was injured.
