LYNDON, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka man entered a plea and was convicted on drug charges Monday in Osage County District Court.
County Attorney Brandon Jones says 20-year-old Brady Nemnich was found guilty of possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute.
Jones says authorities stopped Nemnich for speeding in December 2013 and a search of his vehicle turned up a large quantity of marijuana.
Sentencing is set for July 7. Nemnich is free on bond.
