Teen Caught Masturbating In Waiting Room
MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Riley County police say a 14-year-old boy was detained after he was caught pleasuring himself in a public waiting room.
On Friday, September 28, 2012 around 4 PM, an employee at the Riley County Community Corrections Office, located at 115 North 4th Street in Manhattan, reported that the teen began masturbating in the waiting area.
Officials say the boy was detained and turned over to a parent.
Police declined to release further details on the "lewd and lascivious behavior" case, including whether or not there were other people in the waiting room at the time of the incident. They did not say why the teen was at the community corrections office.
