TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The teen driver involved in an accident that killed a 15 year old girl last march will be back in court in two weeks.
19 year old Hunter Hillmer appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
Hillmer is charged with second degree murder, aggravated battery, and drunk and reckless driving.
15-year old Madison Naill was killed March 19 when the vehicle Hillmer was driving went off the road, rolled and hit a tree.
A criminal assignment docket hearing is on the court's calendar for August 23.
