TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - One of the three accused in a murder on the Topeka West High School grounds has pleaded guilty to amended charges..

Samantha Hochard pleaded guilty Tuesday to soliciting 1st degree murder and aggravated battery. Sentencing is set for September 9th.

She was charged in connection with the death of 20-year-old Matthew Mitchell in October 2010.

Two other people are charged. Coty Newman's jury trial is August 15th. Austin Tabor will face a jury on August 22nd.

Prosecutors believe the trio used drugs to lure Mitchell to the school grounds.
