TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Jurors left court Monday afternoon, without reaching a decision in the murder trial of 27-year-old Anceo Stovall, who is accused in the shooting death of Natalie Gibson.

Jurors seemed to be making progress Monday, the third day of deliberations. They didn't ask any questions of District Judge Evelyn Wilson and only broke mid-morning and for lunch.

But then they unexpectedly ended the day early, leaving the jury chamber at about 2:15 p.m.

The Shawnee County District Attorney's office tells 13 News one of the jurors is not feeling well.

The trial was expected to last three weeks, but is now going into in the fifth week.

Stovall faces 11 felony counts, including the first-degree murder of 40-year-old Natalie Gibson in July of 2011.

Counts 1 through 6 relate to the botched burglary at the 307 SW Quinton Avenue scene, where Gibson was shot and her partner Lori Allison wounded on July 21, 2011.

Counts 7 through 10 relate to an attempted burglary at 2801 SW Plass on June 25, 2011.

Count 11 relates to an aggravated robbery on Aug. 2, 2011, during which shoes were taken by force from Bayate Covington, a co-defendant in the Gibson murder.

Defense attorney Jonathan Phelps has said last week that jurors agreed on one of the 11 charges.

The most serious of the charges, felony murder, carries a sentence of life in prison.

Deliberations continue Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
