FRANKLIN, Co. (WIBW)-- Formal charges were filed Friday against Kyle Flack, the man charged in a Franklin County quadruple murder case.
Charges against Flack include four counts of first degree murder, two counts of capital murder, one count of rape and one count felony possession of a firearm.
Three victims were found Monday in rural Franklin County.
The daughter of one of those victims, 18-month-old Lana-Leigh Bailey, is presumed dead, according to police. Her body has not been recovered.
Authorities said Friday that 150 investigators are working the case.

Authorities said Thursday that 18-month-old Lana-Leigh Bailey is presumed dead, although her body has not been recovered. Investigators asked the public Wednesday to be on the look out for the missing child.
Lana-Leigh's mother Kaylie is one of three people found dead in a Franklin County home Monday.
Authorities said Thursday that Kyle Flack has been arrested in connection with the case. He's being held on suspicion of 1st degree murder and is expected to be formally charged within 48 hours, according to the Ottawa Herald.
Further details were not being released Thursday in the ongoing investigation. The crime scene was still being held by police.
FRANKLIN, Co. (WIBW)-- The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is searching for the missing child of a woman who was found dead in Franklin County Monday.
Lana-Leigh Bailey is an 18-month-old female toddler, 2 feet tall, 30 lbs., with light brown hair, blue eyes. She was last seen on May 1 in Olathe, Kansas on her way to rural Franklin county with her mother, Kaylie Bailey.
They were traveling in a black 2007 Toyota four-door Corolla bearing Kansas Tag 618DAA, with a tag on front saying ‘Shawna’s toy’ and duct tape on passenger side mirror.
Franklin County authorities Wednesday made a positive identification that one of three bodies found at 3197 Georgia Road, rural Ottawa Kansas residence Monday was Kaylie Bailey, 21.
The other victims were identified as Andrew Stout, 30, and Steven White, 31. Stout and White lived at the residence on Georgia Road.
The KBI said Wednesday that a suspect was in custody and Kaylie’s vehicle was recovered in Emporia, Kansas. The child is still missing.
