TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A two-day preliminary hearing is set for the suspect in a string of armed robberies.
27-year-old Arthur Crain faces more than three dozen counts, including aggravated robbery, rape and kidnapping for a string of crimes from July 12th to August 24th. Crain is being held on a $500,000 bond.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for November19th and 20th in front of Judge Cheryl Kingfisher.
