Authorities Seek Improperly Registered Offender
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Authorities are asking the public's help in finding a woman who has not properly registered with law enforcement.
39-year old Victoria Crooks has convictions in Sedgwick County for criminal damage, identity theft and drug sale and possession. She was ordered to be listed as a registered offender as part of her sentence.
The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office and Topeka Police say Crooks' last-known address was 1301 NW Jackson in Topeka, however, it is no longer valid.
Anyone who knows where Crooks might be is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by calling 785-234-0007 or by submitting a tip online at www.topekacrimestoppers.com.
Information leading to an arrest could be eligible for a reward up to $2,000.
