Ozawkie Man Behind Bars For Burglarizing Pharmacies

An Ozawkie man is behind bars for burglarizing two pharmacies.

On Tuesday, detectives executed a search warrant at the home of Larry Jasa Junior located in Lakeshore Estates.

They seized items from the home connected to burglaries to the Valley Falls Health Mart and the Meriden Pharmacy

He's charged with attempted burglary and burglary theft and criminal damage.

Jefferson County deputies also arrested three other people Tuesday on drug charges.

Donavon McLeary, Jonny Owens and Annie True were charged with the use of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body.

Deputies went to an Oskaloosa home Tuesday night on a tip they'd find Destinee Back, a northeast Kansas Most Wanted subject.

While at the home, they saw a pipe used for smoking narcotics, then obtained a search warrant and found other evidence of illegal drugs.

Destinee Back was not found at the residence.
