TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Minneapolis man will spend almost 20 years in prison for child sex crimes.
29-year-old Thomas Retzlaff was sentenced last week to 235 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections. Retzlaff pleaded no contest in February to aggravated indecent liberties with a child and rape.
