OSAGE COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) - An Osage County teenager charged with sexually abusing a minor, will spend two years in the state's juvenile correctional facility.
18-year-old Caleb Flowers also was sentenced Thursday to an additional year of after care.
Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones tells 13 News Flowers then must register as a sex offender for five years.
Flowers pleaded guilty in June to taking aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
