LYNDON, Kan. (WIBW) - An Osage County teenager charged with sexually abusing a minor is looking to strike a deal with prosecutors.
18-year-old Caleb Flowers waived his preliminary hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday. Osage County Attorney Brandon Jones tells 13 News that Flowers is working out a plea agreement.
Flowers is charged with two counts each of aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated criminal sodomy of a child under 14, plus one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child between the ages of 14 and 18.
He's being held on $125,000 bond.
