One Injured In Wednesday Night Shooting
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Police are investigating a late night shooting that happened near Topeka High School Wednesday.
They responded to a gunshot call near 800 Polk just before 11 p.m. Upon arrival they located an unoccupied vehicle in front of 816 SW Polk that had bullet holes in it.
Two subjects arrived on scene on foot identifying themselves as the occupants of the car. One of the subjects had a non-life threatening gunshot wound and was transported by AMR to a local hospital.
No further details were available immediately Wednesday night.
