Man Arrested Following Altercation Outside Of Manhattan Restaurant

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- An argument outside of a Manhattan restaurant landed one man in jail after officials say he brandished a gun.

The incident happened at At 5:30 PM on Saturday, February, 16, 2013 in the parking lot of the Texas Roadhouse off of Fort Riley Boulevard near the Manhattan Town Center Mall.

A spokesman for the Riley County Police Department says two people got into a verbal altercation regarding "driving habits."

Christopher Murray, 28, of Fort Riley, was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.

Officials say Murray did not point the handgun at anyone but "made it clear" that he had a weapon.

He has since posted bond. No one was injured.
