No Injuries Reported Following Drive-By Shooting

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - No one was injured following a drive-by shooting in Southeast Topeka Wednesday evening.

Officers responded to the scene near 11th and Indiana around 9:15 p.m.

Officials tell 13 News that a silver vehicle was following a gold SUV, after the driver cut them off. While trying to get a license plate number, someone in the SUV opened the sunroof and fired shots into the air.

When the silver car continued to follow the SUV, someone fired into the windshield.

There were four occupants inside the silver car, including a two year old. Officials say no one was injured.
