TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A new trial has been set for one of eight defendants in the Natalie Gibson murder case.
18 year old Daquan Wilkins will back in court November 5.
Wilkins was first tried at the beginning of August, and ended in a hung jury.
The judge today also denied Wilkin's request for a lower bond, meaning it will stay at $1 million.
Wilkins faces counts including first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.
