Murdered Woman's Ex-Husband Back In Jail

BROWN COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) -- The ex-husband of murdered Horton woman, Patricia Kimmi, has had his probation revoked for the second time.

Brown County Judge John Weingart ruled that Eugene Kimmi violated his probation on a third offense, felony DUI conviction, when he tested positive for alcohol.

Weingart ordered him to serve the remainder of his original sentence, about seven months.

Eugene was married to Patricia Kimmi, who was kidnapped and killed in November 2009.

Roger Hollister was convicted in her death. Atchison County prosecutors say it was a contract killing, though no one else has been charged.
