COUNCIL GROVE, Kan. (WIBW) -- Morris County Attorney Laura Allen found herself on the other side of the law, as she was arrested for driving under the influence last week.
Council Grove Police Chief John Stone tells 13 News Allen was booked into the Morris County Jail following a car accident last Monday (8/6), on charges of DUI, reckless driving, and refusal to take a preliminary breath test.
Council Grove City Attorney Randy Heilman will file charges in the case.
