(WIBW) - A St. Marys man will spend nine years in prison for his involvement in a string of burglaries in and around St. Marys.
Luke Lixwiler and his girlfriend, Stephanie Cole, were arrested in June 2013 on numerous counts including aggravated robbery, theft and causing criminal damage to property. Authorities say the suspects took several guns, electronics and other tools in a series of home burglaries that spanned the months of May and June.
Pottawatomie County Attorney Sherri Schuck said Cole was placed on probation since she had no prior criminal history.
Linxwiler has additional pending charges of non-residential burglary and felony theft stemming from April and May of 2013.
