TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - An apparent road rage incident landed a man behind bars Tuesday night.
Shawnee County deputies arrested 66-year-old Michael Grabauskas on charges including aggravated battery, reckless driving, drunk driving and criminal damage to property.
Authorities say a victim called them just before 6 pm Tuesday, saying another vehicle was driving recklessly and following the caller's vehicle. The caller it started near SE 37th and California, continued thru the Pauline and the Montara area and to SW 69th and Wanamaker. The victim says Grabauskas twice rammed the back of his vehicle, once when he stopped at a stop sign at SW 69th and Wanamaker and again when they were in the 6000 block of SW 69th.
The victim had two young children in the car with him. None of them was hurt.
