Man Caught Exposing Genitals In Manhattan Neighborhood

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Police are trying to track down the man who was spotted revealing his private parts in a Manhattan neighborhood.

On Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7:30 AM, the Riley County Police Department was notified about the lewd act.

Officials say a child caught an "older white male" exposing himself in public view in a residential area in northeast Manhattan.

An exact location of the sex offense was not provided. Police declined to release any other details.

The matter remains under investigation.
