TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Law enforcement will be out cracking down on impaired drivers this Labor Day weekend.
The annual "Drunk Driving.Over the Limit. Under Arrest" campaign will take place through September 5 at various locations throughout the state.
In July... a Kansas law came in to effect stating repeat DUI offenders will get jail time and be required to use an ignition interlock device before getting behind the wheel.
