Kansas Man Pleads Guilty Federal Tax Evasion


KANSAS CITY, Kan (WIBW)-- A Kansas man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a a federal charge of tax evasion of over $53,000 in taxes.

U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom announced that Kent Price, 57 of Kingwood Texas pleaded guilty of one count of tax evasion.

Price admitted that the crime took place while he and his co-defendant Donald Doleshal, 62 of Driftwood, Texas were living in Kansas and owned Central States Underwater Contracting and inspected, surveyed and repaired underwater infrastructure.

Price and Doleshal are set for sentencing late August.
