TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced Friday his office will lead the prosecution of a man charged in four deaths on an Ottawa farm.
Schmidt says Franklin County Attorney Stephen Hunting asked for his office's help in prosecuting 27-year-old Kyle Flack.
Flack is charged with four counts of murder and two counts capital murder in the deaths of 18-month-old Lana-Leigh Bailey, Kaylie Bailey, Andrew Stout and Steven White.
Schmidt says hunting will continue to be an important part of the prosecution.
