Jury Seated In Child Death Trial
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Testimony will begin Tuesday in the trial for a man charged in the 2007 death of an infant.
A jury was seated Monday to hear the case against James Maloun. He's charged with second degree murder.
13 News archives show seven-month old Gage Maloun died in September of 2007. In January 2008, police announced they'd ruled his death a homicide. The district attorney filed charges against James Maloun in September 2011.
