TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A man was robbed in east Topeka early Friday morning.
The victim said four black men in a silver car stopped and talked to him around 4:45 Friday morning. The car drove a short distance before stopping in the intersection of 6th and Branner. When the victim got closer, the men got out of the car and stole his backpack.
