TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A man accused of sex crimes with a child was bound over for trial Thursday.
Hugh Cranford is a former Vicar at Faith Lutheran Church at 17th and Gage.
Te is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, lewd fondling and touching.
A fourth count - aggravated intimidation of a witness - was dismissed.
A jury trial is scheduled to begin May 6, and is expected to last four days.
