TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A trial date is set for a Topeka firefighter on two felony counts.
Following a preliminary hearing last week, a judge ordered Claude Clark to stand trial on one count of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
However, court records show the judge did not find probable cause on a second aggravated assault count or a charge of aggravated intimidation of a witness. Those counts were dismissed.
The charges stem from a February incident.
A jury trial is set for March 10th.
