TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The next court date is set for a Topeka West High School student accused in a murder for hire plot.
Shawnee County prosecutors said Thursday that the court set a scheduling conference in the case against Brendan Moore for February 27th.
Moore was charged January 15th with four counts of solicitation to commit first degree murder. He is accused of planning to kill two school administrators, one USD 501 police officer and one Topeka Police officer at Topeka West.
Shawnee County District Attorney Chad Taylor has previously said he will seek to have Moore tried as an adult.
