On August 22nd, officials from Alcoholic Beverage Control and the Topeka Police Department visited local businesses to enforce underage drinking laws.
Four citations were given out for furnishing alcohol to a minor and three more for the sale of alcohol to a minor.
Businesses that sold alcohol to a minor include Dillons on Southwest Huntoon, Stadler Retail Liquor, Rodeo Liquor and Murphys Liquor Exchange.
Officials plan to run similar operations over the next several months.
