TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)__A Topeka man has been booked into the Shawnee County Jail on charges initally filed from a November 2011 home invasion which sent another man to prison in April for nearly 10 years.
Shawnee County Jail Officials tell 13 news that 26 year old Anthony Talbert was arrested Friday and charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated initimidation of a witness, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, criminal threat and criminal restraint.
Talbert's cousin, Monroe Lockhart was sentenced in April to nine years eight months in prison after being found guilty of similar charges.
Talbert's bail was set at $150,000.
