TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A change of plea hearing is set in federal court for a man accused in the Christmas Eve killing of a liquor store worker.

An entry posted Aug. 6 on the U.S. District Court record shows 45-year Matthew Myers will be in court August 16th. Myers pleaded not guilty in May to federal counts of robbery, murder and using a firearm in a crime of violence, stemming from the shooting death of 41-year-old Matthew Hill.

Hill was working at the Hudson Crossing Liquor Store when he was killed.
