TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Police are asking for help in locating a man involved in a robbery at the Topeka Rescue Mission.
It happened around 6:00 p.m.
Officers spoke to 50-year-old Louis Oliver who said he was handing cash to a female he owed money to when another guest of the Rescue Mission took the money and ran north from the business.
The suspect is described as a 21-year-old black male, 5'9", 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket and black jeans.
No weapon was displayed and no one was injured.
