JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Junction City man is accused of child sex abuse after an alleged encounter with a teenage girl.

Kyle Haton, 25, was arrested for Indecent Liberties with a Child by Sgt. Trish Giordano, a detective, Tuesday afternoon at the Junction City Police Department on East 9th Street.

Junction City Police Chief Tim Brown says Haton’s arrest stems from an incident that allegedly occurred in May with a 15-year-old girl. Haton was arrested based on "probable cause based on those allegations," Brown said.
