A Topeka man will have to serve a sixty day sentence, three days at a time for setting fire to a church and damaging a cemetery.
Twenty-year-old Trevor Jones pleaded no contest to three counts in July, including arson and criminal desecration.
Jones set fire to the Hillside Community Church on April 30th 2006 and also vandalized Mount calvary cemetery from around that time untill November of that year.
He will serve a six month sentence in seventy-two hour increments, and pay restitution.
