Hearing Delayed For Sex Sting Suspect

A preliminary hearing for 39-year old Nasir Manzur, accused of electronic solicitation, is postponed until Sept. 30.

Topeka (WIBW) - A hearing has been reset for one of three men charged in an undercover internet sex sting.

A preliminary hearing for 39-year old Nasir Manzur of Wichita was scheduled for Monday. It is now set for September 30th so that he and his attorney can talk about a possible plea agreement.

A second man arrested, 24-year old Patrick Johnson of topeka, has a docket hearing September 24th.

19-year old Nathan Gerum, a Fort Riley soldier from Wausau, Wisconsin, has his preliminary hearing September 28th.

All three men are charged with electronic solicitation of a child.
