Topeka (WIBW) - An Overland Park insurance agent is behind bars on charges of securities fraud.

Kansas Securities Commissioner Chris Biggs announced Wednesday that 61-year old Danny Moore was arrested Monday in Johnson County.

Moore is accused of making misrepresentations or failing to disclose material facts prior to getting money from two clients for investment products. The allegations date back to August 2004 and continued through January of this year.

Moore faces four counts each of securities fraud, sale of unregistered securities and transacting business as an agent while unregistered.
