Topeka (WIBW) - The case of a man accused of setting a fatal fire is in the hands of a jury.
33-year old Frank Robinson is charged with felony murder and aggravated arson.
Jurors began deliberating the case Friday afternoon. They'll return to work Monday.
The charges stem from an August 2006 fire at an apartment house on Southwest Tyler. 53-year old Marvina Washington died in the blaze.
Robinson faces life in prison if convicted.
