David Price Arrested For Failing To Appear Before State Supreme Court

David Price was arrested after failing to show up for an appearance before the state Supreme Court.

Shawnee County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Price just before 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. He was arrested on a $5,000 bond to guarantee his appearance before the justices, in a contempt of court hearing.

Price will have up to 20 minutes to present his case on August 4th.

The leader of Citizens for Equal Access to Justice is accused of practicing law without a license.
