Shooting Trial Ends with Hung Jury

It was a hung jury for a man accused in a shooting at a Topeka bar.

A Shawnee County jury was unable to reach a verdict against 25-year old James Epps. He faced attempted murder and drug charges for the March 2008 shooting of 34-year old Charles Lowe at Oscars Bar.

A new trial is set for June 23rd. Epps also has a May 15th hearing set to reconsider his bond.
