A Topeka man accused of sex crimes involving a child will spend 60 days in jail.
19-year old Lawrence Gritten, Jr. was given the jail term Friday along with a two-year suspended sentence and 18 months of probation.
Gritten was charged with sex crimes against a child under 14, related to incidents on November 18th of last year.
In an agreement with prosecutors, Gritten pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful voluntary sexual relations and one count of sodomy.
