Topeka - The second of two brothers charged in a stabbing at the at the Regency Inn in February pleaded no contest to aggravated battery charges Thursday.
Matthew Soliz will be sentenced May 1st.
He and his brother Mathaniel were accused of stabbing Kenneth Barsch after a fight at the Regency Inn. Topeka Police said the brothers chased Barsch around the motel complex before catching and stabbing him.
Mathanial Soliz previously pleaded no contest to the same charge. He'll be sentenced April 23rd.
