Closing arguments were heard this morning in the case against the man charged in the stabbing death of Jon Chiselom.

The Topeka Capital Journal reports the jury was still deliberating its verdict against Darwin David Law Tuesday afternoon.

Law is charged with voluntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors say he fatally stabbed Chiselom in a stairwell at 513 southwest Taylor last fall.

They say the two were arguing before it happened.
